About Emerald Connect's Technical Support Team

Our Technical Support Team is a highly engaged, motivated group, armed with all the necessary training and tools to assist our clients.  They support the websites, automatic marketing programs and all of Emerald’s additional marketing tools - every facet of customer interaction with Emerald products and systems!  Our team leaders have an average of 9 years experience working with our customers in the financial services industry.  Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.

Emerald's customer friendly team is made up of tech specialists, technical teachers, and customer service specialists.  Each brings a zeal to resolve issues and ensure that our clients have their needs met.  They pride themselves on providing the best in customer service and issue resolution. 

Some recent call statistics show that of the hundreds of daily inbound calls to our support team, 92% of calls are answered on the first few rings.  Less than 5% of calls are abandoned – maybe because our customers know they can typically get us on the first ring!
